Saskatchewan surprised me.
I lived in Regina during the summer of 2018 to work in a co-op position at the Regina General Hospital. I really wasn't expecting much in terms of amazing landscapes to capture and explore but I'm pleased to say I was wrong. Southern Saskatchewan did in fact have lots little rivers, valleys, sand dunes and some amazing skies. I see why they have the slogan " Land of the Living Skies" on the licence plates.
The sunsets there I gotta say were almost comparable to the amazing sunsets I grew up with in the Northwest Territories. The one shot I never got the chance to get during my time there was a shot of a supercell storm system. Storm chasing was very new to me and it's harder than it looks.
